within 24 hrs of cleared payment. The arrival time is 2-10 business days. We are closed on weekends (Sat & Sun) and holidays.  Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped next business day.  Items are packed with great care to secure them throughout the shipping process.
Easy Returns & Refund
Return within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to 20% restocking fees.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatsoever reason, simply return the item with tracking info to us in its original condition within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

Buyer is required to contact us immediately after delivery for our confirmation and return address before returning the item.
Failure to contact us before shipping the returned item will invalidate that return and refund.
Buyer is responsible for returned item shipment charges and loss/damage of the item until it reaches us.
Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that provides tracking info and insures you for the value of the item.  No refund for item that is damaged during return transit.  Please ensure that the returned item is securely re-packed.
Returned items should be unopened, undamaged, unused, and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.  The manufacturer’s original wrapping or seals must not be altered.  The return item must be the one that was shipped by us.
Upon receiving the item and verifying its condition, a refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of item less
S/H fees
or
20% Restocking Fees.
Refund will be in the same form as the payment.  Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Delivery charges are only refundable when an item is defective upon arrival or a wrong item was shipped by us and a refund is made.
