Collectable-Vintage 1961 Mattel Chatty Cathy Doll.
This is a highly collectable vintage 22”Chatty Cathy from 1959-1961. She has her clothes and freckles.
This doll is the American first issue prototype Chatty Cathy without any makers marks stamped on the back. She is in very good condition, blonde bob, hair looks a bit frizzy, soft head, no odors or missing hair plugs that I can see, no trims, all original. Cloth covered voice box in front. The dolls ring broke off the string The seams are factory sealed and head has not been removed note there is tape around her body but seems fairly stable Limbs are tight and stands alone. One pointing finger. She has blue eyes and sleep eyes close and have all of their lashes and brown eyeliner on the bottoms. Vinyl has good coloring throughout. A very few light scuffs here and there She will be a wonderful addition to your collection
clothes, and shoes.
Tested and she is not working. The ring broke off her string
Condition is "Used". "Selling as is."
