    Description

    A 1976 Virginia Independence Bicentennial pair in great used condition. Both plates have areas of discoloration, torn graphic, and both year stickers have been removed. The top plate has the worst of the torn graphic around the bolt holes along with a small dent above the “3.” The bottom plate has multiple areas with the graphic torn and some discoloration mainly on the right side.
