1957 Sunbabe "SO WEE" Rubber Baby Doll by Ruth E. Newton 9" Tall
This rosey cheek babe is simply a 1950's must have! She is wearing a pink and blue floral sleep suit with a matching hand knitted sweater cardigan. She squeaks when pressing her tummy and is a drink and wet doll. Her blue eyes appear to be made out of glass or some kind of shiny plastic.
There seems to be a loss of pigment spots around the side of her face and neck.
Back of her neck reads "Sunbabe SO-WEE Ruth E. Newton New York. N.Y."
She is a GEM!!

A little added information.......I am an elderly women who has a passion for finding vintage dolls and clothing from estate and garage sales. My purchases are based on dolls or clothing that I would love for my own collection but am unable to keep every found treasure. Many of the dolls that I will be listing is from my own collection and from various estate sales or friends.
